experienced, pro interrogators agree that pride/ego up techniques work best
in the workplace, pride/ego down and fear up (in the context of current economic times) are widespread
obviously, no one who is putting on workplace management seminars wants to refer to interrogation techniques, but hey - it is a no brainer...
treat people well and they will work well
